Randstad Digital Portugal is seeking a Part-time Technical Support specialist to join our distributed teams across facilities in Portugal. The role focuses on delivering first-line resolution for technical issues and ensuring reliable infrastructure performance.

You will maintain digital and physical infrastructure, provide operational coverage at corporate offices and manufacturing sites, and coordinate with multiple departments and international stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in a technical support role.
• Experience in Logistics or Automotive sectors valued.
• Diploma in Information Systems, Networking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of both digital and physical infrastructure.
• Operational Coverage: Provide ongoing technical support across both corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate and coordinate effectively with various departments and international stakeholders.

Requirements and Conditions

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in a technical support role. Previous experience in the Logistics or Automotive sectors is highly valued.
• Education: Technical vocational high school diploma or a degree in Information Systems, Networking, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Conversational proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (essential for international coordination).
• Mobility: Valid driver\'s license and personal car required (for travel between sites).
• Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week (full-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
