Job summary

Salve.Lab, based in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Business Simplification & IT Governance Specialist to streamline internal operations and enhance IT governance across the organisation. You will drive simplification initiatives, manage the IT application portfolio, and coordinate change management with international stakeholders.

The role requires 2–3 years in business management and project coordination, with strong analytical, communication and data skills, plus fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in business management and process improvement.
• 2–3 years project management, preferably Agile.
• Ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders.
• Proficient reporting and data analysis using Looker or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script for data transformation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT governance, ITIL, and IT service management concepts is desirable.
• Experience with Google Workspace and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong communication and international stakeholder management.
• Fluent French and English for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Support business simplification initiatives to reduce IT TCO.
• Analyse applications for consolidation, optimisation, or retirement.
• Coordinate application retirements with planning and stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio records and data quality initiatives.
• Develop and implement change management and communication plans.
• Support IT governance across functions and sites.
• Improve application demand management workflows with IT and leadership.
• Translate requirements into process definitions and workflows.
• Coordinate testing, validation and acceptance of updated IT processes.
• Monitor new application requests from submission to acceptance.
• Register and maintain portfolio information in PM systems.
• Support data classification and monitor progress.
• Monitor process quality, documentation and milestones.
• Provide updates on requests and actions to stakeholders.
• Support incident and service management, SLAs and OLAs.
• Coordinate escalations with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Develop reports and dashboards for operational visibility.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders for governance and continuous improvement.
