Job summary

act digital is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. This hybrid role is based in Porto or Lisbon, with 2 days per week in the office. Strong SQL and requirements gathering are essential.

You will map current and future processes, drive data-driven decisions, and contribute to testing and documentation for international projects, including French-speaking stakeholders. Fluent English is required for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience working with both business and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• French at B2 level or above (written and spoken)
• Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges and translate them into functional requirements
• Use SQL to investigate data, validate business rules, and support decision-making
• Analyze and improve business processes and data flows
• Ensure quality and consistency through testing and validation
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
