Job summary

Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is seeking a Project Manager (French Speaking) for a Lisbon-based project with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office per week).

You will lead SDLC quality gate standardization, advance CI/CD practices, and drive IT industrialization initiatives while collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality software and innovations leveraging AI where applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• French is mandatory with minimum B2 in speaking and writing.
• English is mandatory with minimum B2 in speaking and writing.
• Proven experience in Project Management with a focus on IT Industrialization is a plus.
• Understanding of Software Development Processes, CI/CD Methodologies, DevOps, and QA.
• Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus but not primary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and standardization of quality gates within the SDLC.
• Enhance CI/CD practices to optimize software delivery and deployment.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialization.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and accessibility improvements.
• Collaborate with area manager to align projects with business objectives.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive project success and continuous improvement.
