Arrow Global Portugal is seeking a junior IT Finance Controller in Lisbon to support the financial management of IT costs across all group companies. You will help record, track, and report IT expenses and assist in budget planning with IT Managers.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to data consolidation and cross-team collaboration in a tech-enabled finance environment.

The IT Finance Controller is a junior role designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, looking to develop a career at the intersection of Finance and Information Technology. Working within the IT department within Service Management, this role is responsible for supporting the financial management of IT across all Arrow Global Portugal group companies, including Whitestar, Norfin, From, Restart, Maslow, Vilamoura World, Nexor, Transfor, Engespor, and Details HSL.
The IT Finance Controller will play a key role in ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of IT costs, as well as supporting the annual budget planning process in close collaboration with the IT Managers of each business area.
