Norfin, part of Arrow Global Portugal, seeks a Finance & Accounting Associate to manage fund operations, SPV registrations, and financial reporting using Primavera. The role requires accounting education, 2 years’ experience, and English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Education degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Finance.
• 2 years’ experience minimum.
• Experience in Primavera software will be a Plus.
• Experience in operations of funds/companies (preferred).
• Experience in Balance Sheet and income statement of entities (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team orientation.
• Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
• Written and oral skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and register fund operations in Fund Manager and Primavera.
• Register operations for SPVs under management in Primavera.
• Provide information for financial models and business plans.
• Register stamp tax on lease agreements.
• Prepare maps of outstanding rents.
• Register invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers.
• Prepare and review tax returns and other fiscal declarations.
• Provide information for auditors and reporting to regulators.

Due to the company’s continued growth and the anticipated increase in investment activity, Norfin is looking to recruit a Finance & Accounting Associate

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and in Primavera software
• Preparing and registering operation for the SPV’s under management (non-regulated companies) in Primavera
• Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans
• Registering stamp tax on lease agreements
• Preparing maps of outstanding rents
• Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns, and other fiscal declarations
• Preparing information for auditors and reporting to regulators.

Role Requirements

• Education degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Finance
• 2 years’ experience
• Experience in Primavera software will be a Plus
• Experience in operations of funds/companies (preferred)
