Arrow Global Portugal seeks an ESG-focused intern to support the implementation of the ESG strategy across the real estate portfolio in Lisbon. You will assist in SFDR disclosures, data collection, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare analyses and communications.

The role requires a recent degree or 1–2 years of experience, English fluency, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a hybrid 3-days remote work option.

Qualificações

• Recent degree or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the area.
• Eligible for a Professional Internship programme.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulations is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG and responsible investment practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and integration of Norfin’s ESG Strategy across the business and real estate portfolio, contributing to sustainability objectives and action plans.
• Assist in the preparation and update of the Sustainability Report, SFDR disclosures, and other ESG reporting requirements.
• Support the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of ESG data, KPIs, and sustainability indicators.
• Assist in identifying and assessing climate-related risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare analyses, presentations, and communications related to sustainability.

Main Tasks

• Support the implementation and integration of Norfin’s ESG Strategy across the business and real estate portfolio, contributing to the delivery of sustainability objectives and action plan;
  
• Assist in the preparation and update of the Sustainability Report, SFDR disclosures, and other internal and external ESG reporting requirements;
  
• Support the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of ESG data, KPIs, and sustainability performance indicators across development and yielding assets;
  
• Assist in the identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities;
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the preparation of analyses, presentations, and communications related to sustainability and responsible investment practices.

Role Requirements

Full-time position based in Lisbon, with the possibility of remote work 3 days per week.
