Norfin, a leading real estate investment manager, invites applications for a Sustainability & ESG Analyst Intern (Professional Internship) based in Lisbon with hybrid flexibility.

You will support ESG strategy implementation, SFDR disclosures, data reporting, and collaboration across teams while developing your skills in a growth‑oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Recent degree or master's in Environmental Engineering/Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in ESG or sustainability.
• Fluency in English; eligible for Professional Internship

Responsabilidades

• Support ESG strategy implementation across assets and portfolio.
• Assist in Sustainability Report preparation and SFDR disclosures.
• Support collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of ESG data and KPIs.
• Assist in identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for analyses and communications related to sustainability and responsible investment practices.

Sustainability& ESG Analyst Intern (Professional Internship)

Main Tasks:

• Support the implementation and integration of Norfin’s ESG Strategy across the business and real estate portfolio, contributing to the delivery of sustainability objectives and action plan;
• Assist in the preparation and update of the Sustainability Report, SFDR disclosures, and other internal and external ESG reporting requirements;
• Support the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of ESG data, KPIs, and sustainability performance indicators across development and yielding assets;
• Assist in the identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the preparation of analyses, presentations, and communications related to sustainability and responsible investment practices.

Role Requirements

• Recentdegree or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, EnvironmentalManagement or a related field;
• 1 or 2years of experience in the area;
• Eligiblefor a Professional Internship programme;
• Stronginterest in sustainability, ESG, and responsible investment practices;
• Knowledgeof ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulations is consideredan advantage;
• Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Stronganalytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret andmanage data;
• Proactive,curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment;
• Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken;

Locationand Schedule

Full-time position based in Lisbon, with the possibility of remote work 3 days per week.
