MoOngy Group in Portugal is seeking a QA Test Lead specialized in automation and functional testing, fluent in French. You will design, develop and maintain automated tests, perform manual tests when needed, and manage defects.

You will lead test teams, coordinate with developers and DevOps, integrate tests into CI/CD, and produce reports and KPIs. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in office, requiring eligibility to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor test teams; coordinate with stakeholders and DevOps.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot test pipelines.
• Plan, monitor and report testing activities with dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide quality assurance leadership to ensure software quality objectives are met.

The Role: QA Test Lead - Automation & Functional Testing (French Speaker)

Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• Java, Cypress;
• Jenkins, Git, CI/CD;
• Jira, Xray, ALM;
• SQL.

Nice to have:

• Banking / Wealth Management, Insurance business knowledge;
• ISTQB.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests, execute manual and automated testing, identify and track defects;
• Plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities, prepare test reports, dashboards and KPIs;
• Lead, guide, coach and mentor test teams, coordinate with stakeholders and development/DevOps teams;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, troubleshoot test pipelines, support continuous improvement.
