A consulting company in IT based in Lisbon is seeking an IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst. In this mid-senior level position, the role focuses on developing, maintaining, and testing IT continuity plans, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Qualificações

• Experience in the banking sector is valued.
• Any certification (CCRP, CRISC, ISO22301, ISO 27001) would be valued.

We’re looking for an Amazing: IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and test IT continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems and services.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments to identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, and recovery priorities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align continuity plans with operational requirements and recovery time objectives (RTOs).
• Lead and coordinate IT disaster recovery exercises, ensuring lessons learned are captured and integrated.
• Monitor and evaluate the resilience posture of infrastructure, networks, and applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, COBIT).
• Support incident and crisis management teams during major IT outages or disruptions.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and audit trails for regulatory and compliance purposes.

Desired Qualifications

• +3 years of professional experience in IT continuity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, or IT risk management.

• Experience in risk analysis, impact assessments, and recovery planning.
• Good collaborative, communication and teamwork skills.
