Siemens AG is seeking an IT Change and Rollout Manager to coordinate major infrastructure changes and projects across datacenters. The role emphasizes structured, compliant, and customer-focused delivery within a hybrid IT environment.

The ideal candidate has IT Change Management experience, ITIL-based skills, and hands-on ServiceNow expertise. Willingness to collaborate across multinational teams and drive initiatives end-to-end is essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT Change Management and ITIL-based processes.
• Experience managing infrastructure, datacenter, cloud, or hybrid IT environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across international and multicultural environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive topics end-to-end.
• Support the adoption of AI and automation capabilities to enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve the overall quality of service delivery.
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow is mandatory.
• Agile and ITIL Certification is a plus.
• German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Change Management activities end-to-end from request evaluation to final approval.
• Lead CAB meetings and ensure risk, impact, and plans are properly assessed.
• Coordinate datacenter maintenance, releases, upgrades, and service transitions.
• Ensure clear communication on planned changes, customer impact, and service interruptions.
• Coordinate infrastructure and datacenter projects from initiation through completion.
• Facilitate collaboration between operational and delivery teams.

Your mission will be…

As IT Change and Rollout Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating major infrastructure changes and projects across the Datacenter landscape, ensuring that initiatives are delivered in a structured, compliant, and customer-focused manner.

Change Manager

• Manage and coordinate Change Management activities end-to-end, from request evaluation to final approval.
• Coordinate major infrastructure changes in accordance with ITIL Change Management principles.
• Coordinate Datacenter maintenance activities, major releases, infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, and service transitions.
• Ensure all stakeholders receive timely and clear communication regarding planned changes, customer impact, and service interruptions.
• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper assessment of risks, impacts, dependencies, and implementation plans.
• Track and report Change Management KPIs and operational metrics.

Rollout Manager

• Coordinate infrastructure and datacenter-related projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Support the delivery of strategic initiatives, including cloud, virtualization, platform, connectivity, and datacenter transformation projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple technical domains including servers, virtualization, networking, security, storage, databases and cloud services.
• Facilitate collaboration between operational and delivery teams.

We are looking for someone with…
