Ready to turn your SAP Finance & Controlling expertise into solutions with global impact? Join a truly international team where your SAP knowledge goes beyond system support. You’ll work closely with finance stakeholders across countries, translate complex business requirements into practical solutions, and contribute to projects from requirement through implementation. Our IT Business Analyst position is within a global IT services Finance and Controlling team, supporting all SAP and related applications. The job typically reports to IT Team Leader, IT Manager or Senior IT Manager.

• Contribute to pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources according to standard templates


• Support facilitation of workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements, perform as-is analysis, and understand customer and user needs, strategies, and goals.


• Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization


• Support development of business cases and supports the portfolio prioritization process


• Continuously reviews and edits requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution


• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification


• Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. training delivery

• Fundamental understanding of aligning business needs to viable technical solutions.

• Ability to navigate and support implementation of solutions delivery within a matrix structure


• SAP Finance and Controlling functional capabilities


• Basic project management capabilities.

• a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant work experience
