Job summary

Noesis is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to ensure requirements analysis, process optimization, and the definition of technological solutions aligned with the organization’s needs.

You will gather requirements, model processes with BPMN and UML, and support system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, contributing to GDPR/Open Data compliant public service contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in functional and systems analysis.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, BPM, and Lean.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP, namely Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of systems integration and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of GDPR and Open Data, preferably in a public service context.
• Ability to analyze, communicate, and coordinate between technical and business teams.
• ITIL Foundation and/or CBAP certification or equivalent.
