Job summary

Essity is seeking an IT Business Analyst focused on SAP Finance & Controlling to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions across a global team. You will drive requirements from initial pre-studies through to implementation, collaborating with finance stakeholders and design teams to ensure smooth handoffs and effective solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a 4+ year background in IT/CS, strong workshop facilitation skills, and a proven ability to develop business cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across countries.
• Proficiency in analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications.
• Support facilitation of workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and understand needs.
• Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.
• Support development of business cases and portfolio prioritization.
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, and recommendations for proposed solutions.
• Assist in transitioning requirements to designers for clear solution specs.
• Support implementation of to-be processes, including training delivery.
