Adentis Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join a strategic digital transformation project. You will connect business areas with technology teams, lead workshops, and define functional and non-functional requirements.

You will map and optimize processes, produce documentation, manage backlogs and user stories, support developers, ensure traceability, and drive continuous improvement across banking, insurance, telecommunications or services sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML and data analysis is a plus.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with more than 5 years of experience to join a strategic digital transformation project, playing a key role in connecting business areas and technology teams.

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis;
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling;
• Experience preparing functional and technical documentation;
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies;
• Experience creating and managing User Stories, Backlogs and Acceptance Criteria;
• Ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders;
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML and process modelling;
• Experience in digital transformation projects;
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis;
• Experience in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications or Services;
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualisation tools;
• Experience in cloud environments and system integrations;
• Fluent in English.
