Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Подготовка данных и анализ для поддержки управленческих решений и планирования.
• Создавайте подробные дашборды и отчеты по анализам.
• Разрабатывайте BI‑дашборды и CRM‑отчеты.
• Проводите пилотные и массовые кампании телемаркетинга и анализируйте результаты.
• Применяйте аналитические методики для повышения продуктивности и операционного совершенства.
• Собирайте и структурируйте базы данных, обеспечивая качество и сопоставимость.

Задачи:

• Assess and map existing business processes, with the aim of identifying areas for improvement and simplifying workflows
• Participate in defining and analysing data to support management in planning and strategy and facilitate decision‑making
• Prepare detailed dashboards and reports on the analyses performed, enabling business insights to be communicated in an intuitive and impactful way
• Create and maintain BI dashboards and reports and CRM reports
• Prepare, launch, monitor and analyse telemarketing campaigns, both external and internal
• Implement analytical methodologies to increase productivity and achieve operational excellence
• Collect, assess, process and structure databases to ensure their quality and consistency

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science or another field relevant to the role
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with SQL and Python
• Experience developing in Power BI
• Experience creating reports in CRM
• Advanced Excel level
