Job summary

LUZA Group is seeking a business analyst to shape portfolio planning and IT governance for strategic initiatives. You will model costs, track actuals versus forecast, and support governance with stakeholders.

You will leverage LeanIX and Power BI to build data models, improve data quality, and contribute to roadmaps and management presentations. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and presenting findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, portfolio management, IT governance or transformation projects.
• Practical experience with LeanIX and Power BI, including data modelling.
• Experience in strategy consulting or internal advisory role is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT financials, business cases and how initiatives connect.
• Structured, analytical approach with ability to explain findings clearly.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and contribute independently to work packages.
• Very good English skills and relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to leverage AI in analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and reviews considering fit, benefits, risks and capacity.
• Analyse business requirements and contribute to roadmaps and management presentations.
• Maintain information in LeanIX, linking initiatives to business needs.
• Develop Power BI reports and data models covering costs, actuals vs forecast, and resource allocation.
• Work with data owners to improve data quality, automate reporting and clarify cost allocation.
• Support stakeholder workshops and governance processes, documenting decisions and actions.
