Neotalent Conclusion seeks a Business Analyst to support IT governance and portfolio management in an international setting. You will translate business needs into actionable analysis, governance processes and portfolio insights, collaborating with Business, IT and Finance stakeholders.

You will develop Power BI reports, contribute to roadmaps, and help improve data quality while enabling transparent cost allocation and informed decision making. Remote work possibilities are available.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling and reporting development.
• Fluency in English is important.

Responsabilidades

• Support portfolio planning, prioritization and governance reviews, considering strategic alignment, expected benefits, risks and team capacity.
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to the preparation of business cases, roadmaps and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and data models focused on IT costs, forecast versus actuals, resource allocation and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Business, IT and Finance stakeholders to improve data quality, automate reporting processes and increase transparency of cost allocation.
