HumanIT Digital Consulting in Lisbon is seeking an IT Business Analyst (Power BI/LeanIX) to join the Strategy and Governance team on a hybrid basis. You will help shape IT portfolio management and reporting, giving leadership the analysis and tools to improve planning and investment decisions.

You will build Power BI reports and data models, maintain LeanIX data, and collaborate with data owners to enhance data quality, automate reporting, and clarify cost allocation.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience (7+ years) in business analysis, portfolio management, IT governance or transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with LeanIX and Power BI, including data modelling.
• Understanding of IT financials and how initiatives, applications and resources connect.
• Structured, analytical approach with the ability to break down complex questions and explain findings.
• Confident working with diverse stakeholders and delivering work packages independently.
• Interest in applying AI in analysis, reporting and everyday work.
• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting portfolio planning, prioritisation and regular reviews, weighing strategic fit, expected benefits, risks and team capacity.
• Analysing business requirements and contributing to business cases, roadmaps and management presentations.
• Maintaining LeanIX data and dependencies, linking to initiatives and business needs.
• Building Power BI reports and data models covering costs, actuals vs. forecast, resource allocation and delivery progress.
• Improving data quality and automating reporting with data owners.
• Supporting stakeholder workshops and governance rollout, documenting decisions and actions.
