LUZA Group is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to map, document and govern data assets across our organization. You will collaborate with data owners and stewards to capture lineage, metadata, and quality rules, enabling trusted data for business decision-making.

The role emphasizes data modelling, governance standards, and cross-functional collaboration. Remote work is possible, with equipment provision and a benefits plan included.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Cataloging.
• Strong understanding of Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Master Data Management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, and document data assets, entities, attributes, and business relationships across data domains.
• Analyze and document source systems, data flows, and dependencies between applications.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to formalize knowledge related to data assets.
• Ensure accurate cataloging and documentation of data assets and ownership.
• Perform data modelling activities to support governance initiatives.
• Identify data quality issues and opportunities to improve processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and governance rules.
• Contribute to metadata management, data lineage, and master data management practices.
