Job summary

Luza Group is hiring an IT Business Analyst in Portugal to support portfolio planning, prioritization and governance. You will develop data-driven Power BI reports and data models, maintain LeanIX mappings, and collaborate with data owners to improve quality and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, portfolio management, IT governance or transformation projects.
• Practical experience with LeanIX and Power BI, including data modelling.
• Experience in strategy consulting or internal advisory role is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT financials, business cases and how initiatives, applications and resources connect.
• A structured, analytical approach with the ability to break down complex questions and explain findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and regular reviews, considering strategic fit, expected benefits, risks and team capacity.
• Analyse business requirements and contribute to business cases, roadmaps and management presentations.
• Maintain application information, ownership and dependencies in LeanIX, linking them to initiatives and business needs.
• Develop Power BI reports and data models covering costs, actuals versus forecast, resource allocation and delivery progress.
• Work with data owners to improve data quality, automate reporting and clarify cost allocation.
• Support stakeholder workshops and the introduction of governance processes, documenting decisions and following up agreed actions.
