Job summary

Siemens AG Global Business Services (GBS) in Lisbon seeks an IT integration analyst to design and build interfaces supporting HR, Finance and procurement workflows. You will engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and drive design sign-off, ensuring seamless data exchange across systems.

You will create interface specifications, map data fields, and develop, test and deploy integrations using XML Schema, JSLT and web services.

Qualifications

• University degree in an IT-related area.
• 1–2 years of experience in solution design of interfaces.
• Excellent English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of XML Schema, JSON query and JSLT.
• Knowledge of Secure File Transfers and Web Services (SOAP/REST/WSDL).
• Knowledge of SQL and Workday data structures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Your mission will be

• Design and build integrations and support change requests to existing integrations.
• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.
• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
• Develop, test, document and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status, concerns and recommendations.

We are looking for someone with

• University degree in an IT-related area
• At least 1-2 years of experience in solution design of interfaces.
• Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of XML Schema, JSON query and transformation language (JSLT).
• Knowledge of Secure Handling of File Transfers.
• Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST, WDSL).
• Knowledge of SQL.
• First experiences with Workday Data structures, Reports, calculated fields and Object-Oriented concepts are beneficial
