Siemens Energy is seeking a Commercial Project Support for our Gas Services team in Europe & Africa. You will help drive the commercial implementation of long-term power plant projects, focusing on logistics for spare parts, tools, consumables and services in Europe and Africa, and in Open Market business.

You will collaborate with a diverse, international team to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery, maintain project master data, and assist with cost forecasting, tax documents, and audit

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• First practical experience in project management or supporting functions (purchasing, logistics, controlling).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and IFRS regulations.
• Motivation to deliver quality with teamwork and a focus on customers.
• Interest in working in an international environment and openness to agile ways of working.
• Advanced MS Office, SAP basics.

Responsabilidades

• Support the commercial implementation with focus on logistics for spare parts, tools, consumables, and services in long-term power plant projects and Open Market in European and African countries.
• Ensure on-time and cost-efficient delivery of orders in collaboration with the Commercial Project Manager.
• Keep communication flowing with all relevant stakeholders.
• Work with logistics on export control and customs topics in line with internal standards and contractual obligations.
• Take on commercial project management tasks, including tax-related documents, supporting Field Service assignments, maintaining project master data and audit preparations.
• Assist with cost analyses and forecasting for the project.
• Assist with cost corrections, project closings and clean-ups per processes and guidelines.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the commercial project support team.

Together with an international and diverse team, you'll support driving the implementation of long-term service contracts in the energy sector - making sure our projects succeed and create real impact for our customers.

How You'll Make a difference

• Support the commercial implementation with focus on logistics for spare parts, tools, consumables, and services in long-term power plant projects as well as in Open Market Business in European and African countries


• Ensure on time and cost-efficient delivery of ordered goods and services in accordance with the project requirements and in close collaboration with the Commercial Project Manager


• Keep communication flowing with all relevant stakeholders


• Work with our logistics experts on export control and customs topics ensuring compliance with internal standards, legal requirements and contractual obligations to our customers


• Take on commercial project management tasks, including preparation of tax-related documents, supporting Field Service assignments, maintaining project master data and internal audit preparations


• Supporting the Commercial Project Manager in analyzing and forecasting the project costs


• Assist with cost corrections, project closings and clean-ups - always in line with our processes and guidelines


• Actively contribute to our continuous improvement processes and help shape the future of our commercial project support team

What You Bring

• Bachelor's/master's degree (business, economics, or similar)


• First practical experience in project management or supporting functions, e.g., purchasing, logistics, controlling


• Basic understanding of accounting principles and curiosity to learn more about IFRS regulations


• Motivation to deliver good results with focus on quality, teamwork and our customers


• Interest in working in an international environment and openness to agile and independent ways of working


• Advanced skills in MS Office, ideally complemented by basic SAP skills


• Very good English skills, German is a plus but not required
