Job summary

Siemens Energy, a global leader in energy technology, seeks an Industrial Spare Parts Proposal Manager to develop spare parts solutions for New Unit and Service projects in Gas Services. You will coordinate cross-country teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

You will review specifications, prepare spare parts calculations and contractual docs, and hand over scope to execution teams. Fluent English is mandatory; German is an advantage. SAP PD2/KSP and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical background, together with at least 2 years of experience in similar functions.
• Experience in project or proposal management within the power generation business, with business acumen and ability to lead project-specific teams.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities and alignment meetings to deliver spare parts lists on time and per contract.
• Develop spare parts scope and proposals for domestic and international projects, including cost and margin analysis and handover documentation.
• Process parts orders and quotations in SAP PD2 and KSP to support project timelines.
• Manage handover of spare parts scope to project execution teams in the Region and Business Unit.
• Collaborate with a global portfolio of customers and internal stakeholders, sharing best practices.
