FedEx Express Portugal is offering a role in the Customer Financial Services team focused on invoice adjustments and record-keeping within our Caparica operations. You will review supporting details, validate credits, and process adjustments for global customers using FedEx systems.

Ideal candidates bring a finance background, strong Excel skills, and fluent English; Portuguese and other languages are a plus. We offer a hybrid working model, health and life insurance, and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Finance background is advantageous.
• Experience with Excel required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and reviews supporting details for invoice adjustments.
• Processes adjustments for insourced Global customers in FedEx systems.
• Maintains accurate records and supports reconciliation and audit trails.
• Records recurring issues to minimize billing discrepancies and drive improvements.
