What you will be doing:

Reporting directly to the STC managers you will provide support in terms of any administrative work, including but not limited to:

• Administrative tasks
• Help with room booking
• Logistics support for onboarding / welcome kits preparation
• Team meetings & events support & preparation
• Setting up interviews with potential candidates
• Preparation of offer letters
• Working with facility / IT to make sure required changes are happening on the floor
• Support with team accesses
