Philips Iberica SAU is offering an internship position for a Clinical Application Specialist Intern in Portugal. The role involves clinical decision support for hospital patient monitoring products, with training to build product expertise and customer engagement skills.

Recent graduates in Biomedical Engineering or Nursing, fluent in English and Portuguese with some Spanish understanding are invited to apply. Travel within Portugal is required, and the internship includes an allowance.

Responsabilidades

• You will support providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations.
• You will support providing technical expertise to customers and users and trains them to optimize usage of our products.
• Assisting the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
• You will support new products launches, customer trainings, seminars and workshop preparations, customer visits.
• You'll be part of a great application team in Iberia region. You will support work Clinical Application Specialist in Monitoring & Analytics to work mainly with patient monitoring systems. You will report directly Clinical Application Specialist Lead in Spain.

You're the right fit if:

• 1. You are a recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) of Biomedical Engineering or Nursing with willingness to learn and acquire new skills and pro-activity
• 2. You have excellent communication skills, attention to results with high levels of customer satisfaction, strong organizational and priority-setting skills.
• 3. Native Portuguese speaker, professionally fluent in English, with a good understanding of Spanish.
• 4. You are willing and able to travel within Portugal (driving license needed).

Compensation & benefits

Salary (Intership Allowance):

€ 1.330,00 gross per month (paid over 12 months)

How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
