• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent Portuguese and English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Willing to learn in a multinational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team in daily management of customers, activities and performance analysis.
• Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, promotions and market monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management and Customer Service.
• Prepare business reviews, presentations, reports and recommendations.
• Assist adoption of AI-powered and digital tools to generate insights and improve productivity.
• Gain exposure to Iberian retailers and customers in a multinational setting.

Job title: Sales Intern - Portugal Support the Sales team in driving business growth through data analysis, customer support, commercial planning, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Leverage AI-powered tools and digital technologies to improve business insights, automate routine tasks, and support more effective decision-making.

Your role

• Support the sales team in the daily management of customers, commercial activities, and business performance analysis.
• Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, promotional execution, and market monitoring.
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, and Customer Service.
• Assist in preparing business reviews, presentations, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Support the adoption and use of AI-powered and digital tools to generate insights, improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance commercial decision-making.
• Gain exposure to leading retailers and customers in Iberia while developing a strong understanding of commercial operations in a multinational environment.

You're the right fit if:

1. Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, Management.
2. Skills: Strong analytical mindset and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital productivity tools; interest in AI applications for business is a plus.
3. Education: Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
4. Others; Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

€ 1.330,00 gross per month (paid over 12 months)

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
