Kyndryl in Porto Salvo, Portugal is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will be the first line of response for monitoring, incidents, and operational events, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal downtime across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

You will follow Runbooks, automate recurring tasks, document procedures, and collaborate with Windows, DBA, and networks teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in monitoring, incident response, and service restoration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive monitoring and alert handling across infrastructure and applications.
• Incident management and service recovery to minimize downtime.
• Execute documented runbooks and pre-approved scripts.
• Route complex issues through structured escalation.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and runbooks.
• Produce regular operational reports and track performance metrics.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide multi-environment coverage across Windows, SQL Server, Linux/UNIX, and different environments.
