Kyndryl in Portugal is seeking a skilled Incident Response Analyst to join the Operations team. You will monitor, detect, and mitigate incidents, coordinating with Windows, Linux, SQL, and network services to ensure rapid restoration and minimal downtime across all environments.

You will follow Runbooks, execute pre-approved scripts, and document procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and automation of recurring tasks.

Qualificações

• Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System

Responsabilidades

• Proactive Monitoring & Alert Handling: Monitor infrastructure and applications continuously while managing incoming alerts.
• Incident Management & Service Recovery: Perform incident response and initial service recovery to minimize downtime.
• Procedural & Script Execution: Carry out documented technical procedures (runbooks) and pre-approved scripts.
• Structured Escalation: Route complex issues through structured escalation paths to specialized teams.
• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain and continuously update technical documentation and operational runbooks.
• Operational Reporting: Produce regular operational reports and track performance metrics.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and task automation.
• Multi-Environment Coverage: Support Windows, SQL Server, basic Linux/UNIX, physical/virtual infrastructures, and all stage environments (Production, Pre-Production, Test, Dev).
