Kyndryl is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist for Porto Salvo, Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on incident management, runbook automation, and proactive monitoring across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

Qualificações

• Experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Enterprise IT application experience.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive Monitoring & Alert Handling: Monitor infrastructure and applications continuously while managing incoming alerts.
• Incident Management & Service Recovery: Perform incident response and initial service recovery to minimize downtime.
• Procedural & Script Execution: Carry out documented technical procedures (runbooks) and pre-approved scripts.
• Structured Escalation: Route complex issues through structured escalation paths to specialized teams.
• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain and continuously update technical documentation and operational runbooks.
• Operational Reporting: Produce regular operational reports and track performance metrics.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and task automation.
• Multi-Environment Coverage: Support Windows, SQL Server, basic Linux/UNIX, physical/virtual infrastructures, and all stage environments (Production, Pre-Production, Test, Dev).
