The Role

As a Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced infrastructure systems. You’ll monitor, control, and maintain mission-critical environments, applying innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges. Responsibilities

Monitor and validate system events and alerts across Windows and Linux environments.
Execute preventative maintenance tasks and elevate potential outages or anomalies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and specialists to resolve issues and optimize performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to customers on best practices and resource utilization.
Maintain documentation and logs for operational activities and incident management.
Apply a proactive and detail-oriented approach to system operations and troubleshooting.
