AMGEN Capability Center Portugal is seeking an Incident Response Specialist Cybersecurity Ops Analyst to join our global Cyber Security Organization in Lisbon. You will lead incident identification, containment, eradication, and recovery across the enterprise, collaborating with business partners and security teams to strengthen defenses.

You will craft procedures, engage in investigations, and contribute to playbooks, with a focus on proactive detection, threat hunting, and post-incident

Qualificações

• 5 years of directly related incident response experience.
• Experience in coordinating security incidents across multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of security controls and DFIR methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead incident response lifecycle activities per framework.
• Perform investigations across endpoints, network, cloud, and identity-based incidents.
• Analyze events from SIEM/EDR/XDR and threat intel sources to determine scope and severity.
• Conduct enterprise threat hunting using IOCs/IOAs and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Develop containment, eradication, and recovery strategies with minimal business impact.
• Create and maintain detection content, rules, and analytics to improve detection.
• Produce detailed incident reports, timelines, and lessons learned.
