Emma – The Sleep Company seeks an intern to join the Dutch Team and bring to life our marketing strategy by localizing ads, managing projects, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across teams, develop action plans, and own your channels with hands-on ownership while growing in a dynamic, international setting. The program starts January 1, 2027, with broad growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills also required.

What you'll do:

• You will join the Dutch Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - optimize and localize the best advertisements, deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
• You will identify and structure, together with your team, key challenges and the best action plans to strengthen Emma's brand preference.
• You will develop project plans with an agile and results-oriented approach.
• You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
• You will be able to work with different marketing channels and assess the impact of your projects.

Who we're looking for:

• This internship will start on 1st of January 2027
• You speak fluent English and Dutch.
• You have collaborative skills and an analytical mindset.
• You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
• You are structured and organized.
• You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels
