PTJ Fedex Express Portugal, Unip., Lda is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Associate-Standard-Senior) to analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes across operations. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, and Business stakeholders to identify improvements, translate needs into effective process and system solutions, and support future-state designs and implementations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s/MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, or Transformation.
• Experience mapping, redesigning end-to-end processes.
• Proven improvements in productivity, efficiency, cycle times, quality.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement; Lean/Six Sigma familiarity.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Visio and Power BI; SQL/Oracle a plus.
