FedEx is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes across Operations, Technology, Regulatory, and Compliance. You will drive productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence by mapping processes and implementing scalable solutions.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and leading workshops while mentoring peers. A hybrid work setup is offered within a dynamic, international environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/ MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Transformation programs.
• Experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes.
• Proven track record of improving productivity, efficiency and quality in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and process-mapping skills; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or BPM.

Responsabilidades

• Transform end-to-end processes by analyzing, mapping, and redesigning workflows.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance and Business teams to identify improvements.
• Translate business needs into process and system solutions using mapping and continuous improvement methods.
• Develop future-state process designs and support system implementations.
• Lead process discovery workshops and mentor junior colleagues.
