Qualificações

• Bachelor's/MSc Degree in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs
• Demonstrated success mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement abilities

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into process and system solutions using mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
• Develop future-state process designs and support system implementations to enable seamless operations
• Ensure processes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with strategic objectives
