Qualificações

• Bachelor's/MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, or Transformation programs.
• Experience mapping, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes.
• Proven improvements in productivity, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into process and system solutions using continuous improvement methods.
• Develop future-state process designs and support system implementations.
