FedEx is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer in Porto to analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end processes, driving efficiency and operational excellence. You will work with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable improvements.

The role emphasizes process mapping, business analysis, and continuous improvement to create future-ready solutions that align with strategic goals and enhance service delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/MSc Degree in Industrial/Process Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation Programs.
• Experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
