FedEx is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Associate to Senior) to join the European Planning/Engineering organization within the Global Air Network Planning and Engineering team with a focus on short and mid-term planning.

The role involves building the seasonal air network plan, reviewing monthly schedules with local operations, evaluating capacity, and collaborating across regions to optimize the air network in an international environment.

Qualificações

• University degree, preferably in Engineering or relevant scientific disciplines.
• Experience with planning and optimizing processes (logistics or manufacturing).
• Very good analytical planning & organizing skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
• Business acumen & innovative mindset.
• Strong team spirit.
• Accuracy & attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of English (working language).
• Analytical thinker with pragmatic problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to building the seasonal air network plan.
• Review and adjust monthly schedules in line with local operations.
• Evaluate air network capacity to support volume evolution.
• Identify opportunities, optimize business performance and reduce cost to serve.
• Review and update air network support systems.
• Provide network analytics for projects to reduce costs or improve service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally to optimize the air network.
