Job summary

Scaleo is seeking a Business Development - Lead Generation Manager to grow our presence across Europe. You will research, target, and engage potential iGaming and affiliate partners, building meaningful relationships and driving qualified opportunities for the BD team.

You will craft personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email, manage a robust pipeline, and contribute to strategic events and partnerships across Europe. A proactive approach and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting.
• Strong research skills to identify target companies and decision-makers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Structured approach to follow-ups and pipeline management.
• Networking in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients in iGaming and affiliate marketing.
• Build targeted prospect lists and find decision-makers.
• Create personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Initiate conversations and follow up to uncover needs and interest.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the BD team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track outreach results.
• Refine messaging based on performance and expand opportunities.
• Collaborate with BD team for smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
• Identify new segments, companies, and events for business opportunities.
