Job summary

Wire IT, based in Porto, is seeking an AI Solutions Developer (French Speaker) to join our hybrid Porto team. The role focuses on AI solution development, MCP definition and testing, and building reusable AI components across projects.

You will collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders, help shape development standards, and lead knowledge sharing through an AI Developer Community. Fluency in French is required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI solution development, testing, and research.
• Knowledge of MCP, including defining, developing, and testing MCPs.
• Experience creating, testing, and maintaining AI Skills and reusable AI components.
• Understanding of AI agents and their integration into business and development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to implement AI development standards.
• Facilitate an AI Developer Community and promote knowledge sharing.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and solutions.
• Create technical documentation, including HOWTO guides and implementation guidelines.

AI Solutions Developer (French Speaker)

Location:

Porto (Hybrid)

Required skills:

• Experience in AI solution development, testing, and research.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including defining, developing, and testing MCPs.
• Experience creating, testing, and maintaining AI Skills and reusable AI components.
• Understanding of AI agents and their integration into business and development workflows.
• Ability to research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and solutions.
• Experience creating technical documentation, including HOWTO guides and implementation guidelines.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and the ability to contribute to the definition of new development processes.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and support the implementation of AI development standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate an AI Developer Community, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for new agents, MCPs, and AI-powered solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Passion for innovation, automation, and improving development efficiency.
