Archon Systems Inc. is seeking an SDR to qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for our inFlow product. You will engage prospects via live chat, calls, and emails, guiding them through trials and demos.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, strong English, and comfort with multiple CRM tools. Hybrid office setup in Lisbon, Portugal with periodic in-person events.

Qualificações

• Fluent English is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; B2B SaaS inbound sales is a plus.
• Experience using CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Qualify and book meetings with inbound leads and trial signups.
• Engage leads via live chat, phone, email, and Zoom meetings.
• Perform discovery calls to understand client pains and goals.
• Become a product expert to answer pre-sales questions.
• Record notes and update CRM records; share feedback with product team.
