Solvay is seeking a Procurement Data Operations Representative to support the Buyers and Supply Chain teams by managing procurement data and ensuring data quality. The role focuses on implementing contractual terms in SAP, updating pricing and logistics data, and maintaining contract and service master databases.
The position offers a permanent contract with a hybrid working mode (2 days per week onsite) and opportunities for professional development, alongside a competitive total rewards
Competenze
- Fluency in written and spoken English (French is a plus)
- SAP knowledge and/or S/4Hana Fiori is a plus
- Microsoft Excel; Power Automate is a plus
Mansioni
- Implementing contractual terms negotiated by the buyers such as pricing conditions and payment terms within the SAP environment
- Updating pricing as well as logistics operational data such as transit time and lead time
- Maintaining the contract database and issue related source lists
- Maintaining the service master database and e-catalogues
- Analyzing issues related to shipment costs, logistics vendor invoices and contract implementation, and propose corrective actions.
