Solvay Group is hiring a Procurement Data Operations Representative to manage procurement data and support Buyers and Supply Chain teams. You will ensure data quality, update pricing and logistics data within SAP, and maintain contract and service databases to enable end-to-end procurement processes.

The role requires a relevant degree and experience in logistics or Procure-to-Pay, fluency in English, and SAP knowledge (S/4Hana/Fiori is a plus).

• Degree in logistics, purchasing, IT or equivalent.

About the role

Our Procurement Contract & Hub Operations team, composed of eight people, is integrated into the Procurement Service Line department and focuses on data management in collaboration with the Procurement team.

As a Procurement Data Operations Representative, you will work on Procurement data to support Procurement (Buyers) and Supply Chain teams. You will get the opportunity to contribute to data quality and have a positive impact on the Procurement End-to-End process.

You will be accountable for:

Implementing contractual terms negotiated by the buyers such as pricing conditions and payment terms (within the SAP environment), i.e.

Updating pricing as well as logistics operational data such as transit time and lead time.

Maintaining the contract database, issue related source lists

Maintaining the service master database and e-catalogues

Analyzing issues related to shipment costs, logistics vendor invoices and contract implementation, and propose corrective actions.

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in logistics, purchasing, information technology or equivalent. Relevant work experience in Logistics or in Procure-to-Pay.

Fluency in written and spoken English (French is a plus)

SAP knowledge and/or S/4Hana Fiori is a plus

Microsoft tools such as Excel (Power Automate is a plus)

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

• €18,650 - €22,400 per year in Portugal

R$ 55,000 BRL - R$ 70,000 per year in Brazil

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
