Marsh in Lisbon is seeking a Fund Operations professional to oversee day-to-day operations of private markets funds as part of the Global Private Markets Hub. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office, with collaboration across global teams including Switzerland, Luxembourg, Portugal and India.

You will liaise with fund administrators, review reports, manage capital calls and distributions, and contribute to cash liquidity while supporting onboarding and audits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Basic knowledge of private markets asset classes (Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, Real Estate) preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performing team, supporting colleagues while managing your own tasks and projects.
• Fluent English level.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with external stakeholders such as fund administrators, investment managers, and Auditors.
• Develop and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Review financial statements and fund reports.
• Execute investor capital calls and distributions.
• Contribute to the cash management and liquidity processes of the funds.
• Manage investor communications via client team.
• Assist the on-boarding team with new investor closings.
• Support the audit of the funds.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, portfolio management, legal & compliance, and technology.
