Job summary

Marsh, a global risk and consulting leader, seeks a Corporate Client Relationship Management Specialist in Porto. The role is hybrid, requiring three in-office days weekly, and involves supporting the Client Relationship Management team with multinational clients and cross-functional collaboration.

You will build long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver client-facing materials while conducting market research to inform strategy and proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management or similar field.
• 1–2 years of experience with non-life insurance for corporate clients.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a portfolio of corporate clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the portfolio and market segments.
• Prepare client-facing materials: presentations, white papers, proposals, financial analyses.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop data analyses to support proposals, account planning and client presentations.
• Provide technical and transactional support for complex client relationships to ensure service quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with client counterparts.
