Job summary

Marsh in Lisbon is seeking a talented FP&A professional to join the Sales Compensation Incentive Plan team. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office, and focuses on supporting USA-based teams.

You will analyze financial data, triage compensation-related issues, validate upstream data changes, and manage stakeholders across geographies. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• English at C1/C2 level.
• 6-10 years of relevant business experience.
• Ability to understand and articulate financial impact or decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail; initiative; continuous improvement.
• Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel (big data), and PowerPoint.
• High proficiency in data analysis and data extraction/manipulation.
• Proven track record of delivering to deadlines.
• Able to work across geographies; open to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and quantitative analyses to support sound recommendations.
• Triaging issues through Sales compensation ticketing workflow.
• Researching/validating and coordinating changes in upstream source systems.
• Stakeholder management as internal clients.
• Optimize work and procedures for a more efficient, accurate environment.
• Model plan moves and earnings impact for requests from Zone Leaders and HR.
• Maintain best practices policies to comply with regulatory standards.
