Job summary

Sixt Research Development Services, Lda. is seeking a payroll control professional to monitor end-to-end payroll data across European markets. You will run recurring checks, investigate deviations, and coordinate with Payroll, HR Operations and People Systems to ensure data accuracy and governance.

75% of time focused on hands-on analysis, with the rest building scalable governance and automated checks. Strong Excel/BI, SQL and Workday knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in payroll controlling, HR controlling, payroll audit or HR analytics.
• Degree in HR, business, finance, data/analytics or comparable.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Run recurring payroll checks and reconciliations across markets.
• Investigate deviations, identify root causes and coordinate resolutions with Payroll, HR Operations and People Systems.
• Define analysis logic and thresholds; decide when a finding is material and report it to stakeholders.
• Prepare clear check results and findings for the Head and stakeholders.
• Design governance processes for payroll monitoring and anchor controls in processes.
