Job summary

SIXT Lisbon is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and providers to ensure compliant payroll execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will support payroll reporting, audits, and documentation, act as the first point of contact for payroll questions, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processes and legislation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Benelux payroll is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for Benelux markets (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
• Ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems and processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve complex payroll issues.
• Support preparation of payroll reports, audits, and documentation for compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for payroll questions from employees and HR teams.
• Assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and system testing.
